Mixed Level Yoga Class at Black Dog Yoga

I'm teaching a mixed level yoga class at Black Dog Yoga in Sherman Oaks at 4:30 p.m. This is a donation only class and all proceeds go to Downtown Women's Center in Los Angeles. Black Dog Yoga is a beautiful, Zen-vibe studio with plenty of convenient, free parking and lots of great classes and teachers! Hope to see you there!
