I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition®. Based in New York City, Integrative Nutrition® is the largest nutrition school in the world. My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and the importance of preventive care. Drawing on my education and experience, I work with clients to help them make the dietary and lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.

In addition to my health coach training, I completed a 200-hour teacher training program at Black Dog Yoga in Sherman Oaks, California, and am a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. I also trained with Reiki Master Chris Schweska at EagleTouch in Los Angeles to get certified as a Level II Reiki Practitioner, and completed an 8-week certification course in Ayurveda with Jai Dev Singh and Floracopeia. Ayurveda is the sister science of yoga, which addresses all aspects of mind-body-spirit health. In addition, I have studied with Deepak Chopra and David Simon at The Chopra Center in Carlsbad, California, participating in various week-long seminars on meditation, yoga, and Ayurveda, and am currently enrolled in Chopra Center University's teacher training program for Primordial Sound Meditation instruction. I also intend to continue to expand my services with deeper studies coming up in 2012 in aromatherapy and pre-natal yoga. I bring all of this experience and training into my health coaching practice to create a varied, holistic, and personalized program uniquely suited to your needs and circumstances.
